Unlike larger companies we don’t have a flat charge of £40-00 or so before we even look under the cover.

Our experienced engineers will be happy to try and talk things through with you, then if required they can come and take a closer look. Home or Business visit charges start from as little as £20-00 to come and diagnose or cure the fault. If it looks like it will take a little longer we will advise you of the cost before undertaking any work which will ensure no nasty surprise bills. After all sometimes it can be more economical to upgrade a system or trade your pc in against a newer faster higher specified machine with some of the great deals we have on offer.
